Would you like to contribute to the Teacher Talks blog?

We welcome contributions from educators interested in sharing practical insights, classroom strategies, professional reflections, and emerging questions related to English language teaching, English-medium learning, and teacher development.

Posts should be practice-informed, accessible to a broad teaching audience, and focused on ideas that other educators can reflect on, adapt, or apply in their own contexts.

Topics we're currently seeking:

  • AI and future-ready learning

    • Teaching with AI, educational technology, learner autonomy, digital literacies, soft skills, and future-ready classroom practice.

  • Multilingual and translanguaging classrooms

    • Inclusive language practices, multilingual teaching strategies, learner identity, classroom communication, and language choice.

  • Language pedagogy, curriculum and assessment

    • Classroom activities, curriculum design, feedback, assessment practices, learner engagement, and materials development.

  • Professional learning and teacher development

    • Reflective practice, mentoring, peer learning, communities of practice, practitioner inquiry, and teacher wellbeing.
